Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted for items within 14 days of delivery date, with the exception of final sale items.
RETURNS
VIA MAIL
The return item(s) must be unused, undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. This helps us maintain the quality and safety of our products.
HOW TO PROCESS RETURNS
- To request a return, please email info@joyastudio.com using the same email address from your purchase. Include your order ID number and the item(s) you wish to return in your message.
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it is unused, undamaged, unopened, and in its original packaging. If it meets these conditions, we will process your refund, deducting a $3.99 restocking fee and the return shipping cost.
PLEASE NOTE
- Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued.
- We can only process returns or exchanges with proper documentation, including confirmation from our team and a return authorization (RA) number. Please do not send items back without authorization, as they may be returned to you.
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are issued as store credit for the amount paid, which will be provided as a digital gift card.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern or general abuse, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts and limit purchases in our sole business discretion.
